on this site are free from viruses, Trojans and other malicious bugs.
(b) The Company, however, does not make any warranty that in the transmission
of the said audio files that they will be free from computer virus or
other defect.
(c) CD#1 is provided by the Company free of charge in order that the visitor
can determine whether the material in the following CD's is of interest
to the visitor.
(d) No refunds will be given for audio files that are downloaded into
the visitor's hard drive.
(e) Any difficulty experienced by the visitor in terms of making the audio
files functional once they have been downloaded will be the sole problem
of the visitor.
(f) Any problem experienced by the visitor in listening to or burning
audio files onto CD will be the sole responsibility of the visitor.
(g) In no way is the information contained on the CD's made available
by the Company, to be construed as medical, psychological or healing advice.
(h) The Company warrants that any private information collected from the
visitor in the course of any communications, such as name, address, email
address etc will not be divulged to any third party.
